Welcome to Living Blyss! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Living Blyss mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Living Blyss app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Living Blyss.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Age Requirements
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account
• Users between 13-17 may use the app with parental consent
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
2.2 Account Creation
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree not to share your account with others or use someone else's account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2.3 Account Security
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You must use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
3.1 Core Features
Living Blyss provides:
• Educational content about plant-based living, nutrition, and wellness
• Community spaces for user interaction and content sharing
• Livestream participation and chat functionality
• Video content streaming and playback
• Recipe sharing and community content creation
• Weekly challenges and gamification features
• Push notifications and communication services
• Profile management and media uploads
• Accessibility features and accommodations
3.2 Service Availability
• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, YouTube) are subject to their own terms
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND BILLING
4.1 Subscription Tiers
• Free Tier: Access to basic content, community features, and limited recipes
• Community Pass: Full access to premium content, recipes, themed lessons, and private community
4.2 Billing and Payment
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
4.3 Subscription Management
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your app store account settings
• Cancellation of subscription does not affect your access to paid content until the end of the current billing period
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
4.4 Refunds and Cancellations
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We do not provide direct refunds for subscription fees
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
4.5 Price Changes
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
• Price changes will be communicated through the app or email
• Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes take effect
5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
5.1 Content Ownership
• You retain ownership of content you create and share
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your content for service operation
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you share
5.2 Community Guidelines
When using our community features, you agree to:
• Be respectful and supportive of other community members
• Avoid harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate content
• Not promote unrelated products, services, or spam
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Not share false, misleading, or harmful information
• Not impersonate others or create fake accounts

• We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these Terms
• Content may be removed without notice if it violates our community guidelines
• Repeat violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content
• This license allows us to display, distribute, and modify your content for service operation
• You may revoke this license by deleting your content, subject to technical limitations

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim

• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk
• Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Blyss, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Missouri

• Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in Missouri

17.2 Platform-Specific Terms
• Apple users are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement
• Google Play users are subject to Google Play Terms of Service
• Platform terms take precedence in case of conflicts
