Hi! My name is Alyssa Nicole and I am a Plant-based Lifestyle Coach. I promote a positive view of health and wellness through physical activity, nutritional advice, and behavioral change. I will assist you in your journey to wellness by helping you to overcome physical and mental blocks. By bringing minds to a balance, you will begin to feel better about yourself in mind, body, and spirit. My 6-week group coaching program and 1-on-1 coaching program will give you the right tools and knowledge you need to kick-start your blyssful journey.
My program will cover lifestyle changes, recipes creation, cooking tips, navigating the grocery store, healthful eating habits, time management, motivation, goal setting and committing to goals, overcoming potential obstacles, exercise, self confidence, stress relief, meditation, self-esteem, increasing awareness of self and mindfulness, accepting responsibility, accountability, and so much more.
