About the event
We are partnering with RowHouse Raliegh Midtown to bring you an experience like no other. Join us on March 10th at 1:00 pm for a flavor filled-fun. Coach & Chef Alyssa Nicole will be demonstrating how to prepare several plant-based dishes while giving a presentation on fueling your body properly.
The primary goal of this event is to teach RowHouse members and the greater community how to safely live a plant-based lifestyle while giving them healthy recipes to try at home. You do not have to be a RowHouse member to attend.
