Coach Alyssa Nicole is originally from St. Louis, MO. She recently moved to Raleigh-Durham, NC to pursue her Master’s degree in Public Health and to become a Registered Dietitian. Alyssa is passionate about health and wellness and making healthy living easy and accessible. She is a self-taught coach who uses her experiences and those of others to help you integrate healthier habits into your lifestyle.
